FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices aimed at preventing losses of oil products stored in vertical cylindrical reservoirs. Pontoon consists of mat made of separate sectors with filler and sealing gate made of elastic polyurethane with fastening unit including arc-shaped plates. Separate sectors arranged over perimeter from central circle consist of separate sectional similar-type elements-sectors and trapeziums made of cast material. Each similar-type element consists of lower part of three-dimensional form with outward flanging and upper part made flat and provided with holes. Upper and lower parts, when connected, form lock on top of similar-type element. Similar-type elements are interconnected from top by flanging with lock by webs of T- section. Each arc-shaped plate of sealing gate is provided with flanging from bottom of mat over its radius and center, being arranged over end face of mat made in form of trapezium with arc-shaped bases with inwards flanging and connected with mat over its flanging by bolts.
