FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: full-contact pontoon for tanks with volatile oil products relates to oil industry and can be used in reservoirs for storage of oil and oil products. Pontoon consists of longitudinal and transverse boxes, vertical walls of which are formed from bearing channel-like profiles with dual flanges. Between dual flanges there are lower and upper floorings, inner space of boxes is filled with rigid foam material, support posts are fixed on transverse boxes, ensuring rigidity of pontoon in perpendicular direction. T-shaped adjoining and attachment of beams of longitudinal and transverse boxes is made by means of bracket of double grip. Boxes are tightly attached to each other and form a solid coating on surface of liquid, on periphery coating is surrounded by a cylindrical ring, lower edge is located below waterline of pontoon, on upper edge there is a peripheral sealing gate.

EFFECT: use channel-like profile with dual flanges enables to make flooring from superfine material (for example, aluminium alloy or stainless steel), practically from foil.
