FIELD: building industry, more particularly decorative finishing of product and structures made of concrete and other building materials as well as walls, facades of civil, industrial and public buildings. SUBSTANCE: decorative coating comprises, %: binder, 23-30; filler, 55-65.8; titanium dioxide, 5-8.7; colorant, 0-4.2 %; antimony trioxide, 1-7. Binder comprises, %: latex, 30-80; alkali, 0.5-10; thickener, 0-3; surfactant, 0.4-3; sodium tripolyphosphate, 1.0-5; metocell, 0-49; foam suppressor, 0.5-4.8; coalescent, 0-14; antifreeze, 0.5-3.0; and fungicidal additive, 0.1-1.0. Filler is quartz sand and/or colored sand, and/or marble crumb. High adhesion to substrate, light resistance and possibility of working under higher humidity and alkali resistance conditions are attained.
