FIELD: building materials industry, more particularly compositions for finishing work. SUBSTANCE: composition comprises synthetic latex based-binder and filler. Synthetic latex based-binder includes, wt %: latex, 37-80; oxyethylated alkylphenol surfactant, 0.4; thickener, 0-3; sodium tripolyphosphate, 1.0-5.0; metocel, 0-49; alkali, 0.5-10; foam suppressor, 0.5-4.8; coalescent, 0-14.0; antifreeze, 0.5-5.0, and filler includes mixture, wt % white filler 1-99 and additionally colored filler, 1-99 and antimony trioxide and fungicidal additive, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: binder 23-30; antimony trioxide, 0.5-6.0; fungicidal additive, 0.1-1.0; and the filler balance. Invention makes it possible to increase adhesion, and to improve water-, light- and alkali- resistance. EFFECT: improved properties of the composition. 1 tbl
