FIELD: mixing of explosive compositions, powders and solid propellants inclusive, and compaction of pieces of work of them. SUBSTANCE: the device has the upper and lower mixers with detachable bodies, agitators with sealing joints and bearing assemblies, and screw conveyer delivery devices -screw conveyers and a vacuum chamber. The mixer bodies are made detachable in the horizontal plane in the axes of the agitators. The sealing joints and the bearing assemblies are positioned in inserted shells, the inserted shells are provided with annular beads entering the respective grooves of the detachable body at assembly, they are used as fixing members for the two halves of the body. The screws in the compaction part are made tapered, and in the loading part-cylindrical with triangular lugs on the surface formed by r.h. and l.h. threads and annular grooves with the direction of the triangle vertices towards unloading. The screw conveyer drives are made reversible. The device has a taper bush of the screw conveyer, which is provided with ducts in the helical line on the outer surface for passage of the heat-transfer agent and annular grooves at the beginning and end of the bush, the annular grooves are connected to the drain holes. EFFECT: simplified construction, provided optimal conditions of operation irrevocable loss of the processed explosive composition. 4 dwg
