FIELD: military explosives.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the military explosives area, in particular to production of explosive compositions. The device contains an upper and a lower mixers and a flow control tool mounted on an outlet of the upper mixer. The flow control tool is supplied with two gates located in a horizontal plane, which axes are located at an angle of 30°... 40° in symmetry to an axis of the outlet of the mixer. The shutting down heads of the gates are supplied with cone dissectors and inserted into the rods of the pistons of the hydraulic drives of the gates. The gates are supplied with gauges to monitor the extreme positions of the rods. The outlet branch-pipes of the gates are directed perpendicularly to their axes. At that the branch-pipe of one gate is fused to the body of the upper mixer and on its top a pressure gauge. The branch-pipe of the other gate is fused to the body of the lower mixer. At that on the outlet part of the branch-pipe there is a spinneret. On the bodies of the gates there are locking devices of the rods of the hydraulic drives of the gates with the drives from the hydraulic cylinders and the gauges of extreme positions. The invention ensures simplification of the design and expansion of advantages of its operational use.
