CODE PADLOCK Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: locking of various objects without any use of a key with a high degree of secrecy, reliability and convenience of use. SUBSTANCE: the code padlock has a stepped bush with a locking bolt in its axial hole locked in the radial direction by a shut-off plate with code notches and marks punched on it between them, rigidly fastened in it by a lock pin passing in the longitudinal groove of the stepped bush and locked in it by code composite disks with spacers between them, fitted on the stepped bush, each of the disks consists of an outer disk, having a lug for installation of the disk over the code mark, and connected to the inner disk, having a slot for outlet of the lock pin, and cutouts for making the disks integral at a change of the code. The stack of the code disks with spacers is compressed from one side to the shut-off plate by a special nut with provision of turning of the code disks with an automatic locking of the nut by the lock pin at locking of the padlock, and on the other side the access to the shut-off plate, covered by a protective disk. EFFECT: simplified construction and labor consumption at manufacture of the key. 4 dwg
