FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: lock for locking metal doors includes a stepped bushing with annular flange to stop a locking disc, with a through axial hole for a catch, transverse slot for a locking disc. Lock is made in the form of a shell with a shaped hole and a hole for a locking pin, rigidly connected to it, with a smooth end on one side, and on the other side it is equipped with a nut with through slots for entry of locking pin when locking the lock, tightening sign shell with a flange on the front side of which there are marks and signs. There is a pack of composite code discs with gaskets. Intermediate disc gasket is made in the form of cylindrical shell with axial hole of the same shape like the other gaskets. Catch is locked with a locking disc. On external surface of stepped bushing there made is opposite longitudinal slot for locking pin and groove for projection of gaskets and sign shell. On the edge, opposite to the threaded end there made is a blind hole which is located near periphery for a turning pin rigidly connected to it. And on external surface - the annular groove for a latch attaching the coding mechanism of lock in the door. In the middle part of the catch there made is annular groove for a locking disc. And in the edge of the catch head there installed is a hardened ball; tightening of a pack of discs with a nut through the plate disc put on annular projection of nut; in addition, nut with discs is covered with a cone disc put on a catch till it is borne against the head. On edge side of cylindrical part of disc gasket there are marks being the continued part of marks on flange of sign shell. Locking mechanism of the lock is made on the board attached to the door with a hole for entry of stepped bushing and collars. For threaded connections of the board to the door, cover to the board and for a stop screw to fix a latch on a convex part of the board there laid is movable holder rigidly attached to collars, with transverse slot for passage of turning pin when coding mechanism of the lock is one-half turned so that collars can be moved from one extreme position to the other and so that the holder can be fixed in this position with the catch end in one of the two holes of holder, which are located from axis of transverse slot at the distance equal to distance between longitudinal axes of turning pin and stepped bushing.
EFFECT: reducing mechanical processing of the lock parts at maintaining high degree of security (304000), reliability and usability.
