FIELD: drilling of holes, control over downhole parameters in process of drilling. SUBSTANCE: proposed telemetering system contains transmitter and electronic equipment assembled in the form of modules and including power supply unit, transducers of measured parameters and data processor. Modules of electronic equipment are set right in drill pipe after transmitter. Module with transducers of measured parameters is placed beneath, at maximal distance from joints of drill pipe. Centralizers which interjoin modules are installed between individual modules. Lowest centralizer showing free side is positioned in addition. Each module is fixed by mobile bushing placed on corresponding centralizer and nut pressed against face of module against turn. Teeth are made on faces of mobile bushing and bodies of modules. Both sides of centralizers can have connecting threads, connectors and concentric grooves to accommodate sealing rings. Mobile bushings of centralizers are mounted for axial movement alone and are fixed against turn by guiding screws or lock-pins. Lowest centralizer can be closed on free side by cover carrying on face same teeth as on faces of mobile bushing and bodies of modules. EFFECT: secured anchoring and protection of downhole equipment against high pressure, provision for uninterrupted operation of downhole equipment, increased measurement accuracy. 4 cl, 4 dwg
