FIELD: flexible reinforced high-pressure tubes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes application of reinforcing, sealing and protective layers; reinforcing layer is applied by tight weave; bushes with toothed circular grooves are fitted over ends of tube in area of polyethylene tube and bushes with continuous circular grooves are fitted in zone of reinforcing layer; coupling with toothed circular grooves over inner diameter and opposing projections over outer diameter is fitted on above them; mandrel whose diameter exceeds inner diameter of bush is drawn through inner diameter of bush; matrix bush is drawn over coupling; molding diameter of bush is lesser than outer diameter of coupling; edge of coupling is welded to bush together with reinforcing layer.
