FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to creation of insulation and coating from composite material. System from composite material may be cured to form any given shape for insulation and coating operations. System from composite material contains one or more layers, which during hardening can create rigid multilayer composite material. Data of one or more layers of system from composite material can include at least one structural reinforcing layer, which is a braided, knitted or non-woven fibrous base, matrix intermediate layer and surface coating adapted to customer requirements. Adaptable to the requirements of the customer surface coating can be a solution of polymer based on solvent, which includes various additives, which can include colored pigments, additives for additional protection against abrasive wear, additives for heat protection and/or additive for creation of various textures or appearance of system from composite material.
EFFECT: invention provides for creation of variable insulation along the pipe, addition of surface coatings, fixation to the pipe and hardening without using external parts of molds.
