FIELD: extraction of molten salts from apparatus and transfer of them to other apparatus or for storage. SUBSTANCE: proposed vacuum container for molten salts includes evacuated reservoir and detachable cover which may be sealedup. It is also provided with water jacket for cooling the reservoir with suction disconnectable pipe having narrowing area at reservoir inlet and discharge branch pipe fitted in cover and provided with nipple for connection with vacuum source and tube of small diameter terminating inside reservoir at preset level required for raising molten salt. Water jacket may be made as part of thermal tube. Vacuum container is provided with part of eye-bolt located below level of termination of tube of smaller diameter of discharge branch pipe; eye-bolt is made in form of cross-piece which is frozen in salt ingot during its hardening; upper end of eye-bolt is provided with easily detachable unit for securing on inner side of cover.
