FIELD: measurement of pressure, testing and calibration of means measuring pressure. SUBSTANCE: dead-weight pressure-gauge tester has base, weights, cylinder and piston. Cylinder and piston are placed contrary to standard dead-weight pressure-gauge tester. Piston is placed underneath on base, pressure is fed through hole in piston to piston pair, cylinder is located overhead, it carries load. Upper bevel in piston is situated above butt of piston. EFFECT: potential for reproduction of little pressure by dead-weight pressure-gauge testers without any loss of precision. 2 dwg
