FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining week aqueous solution of native plasma or native serum produced from patient blood by applying laser correlation spectroscopy. Two solutions are prepared to one of which alkali is added and to another one acid is added. Light scattering fluctuation amplitude distribution probability density is built in bandwidth of 1:180 Hz. Distribution core is determined and its characteristic parameters are calculated like maximum position, intensity, width and a diagnostic value equal to correlation product of the mentioned characteristic parameters. The diagnostic value violating the permissible value interval taken as norm, oncological disease or high probability of its incidence is to be diagnosed. Laser device is used having laser light source for illuminating cell, correlation detector composed of two scattered light receivers, correlator and two units for dosing alkali and acid. EFFECT: high specificity of the method and reliability of results. 9 cl, 10 dwg
