FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method and device can be also used for estimation of efficiency of treatment conducted. Method is based upon testing of water solution of native plasma or native serum of patient's blood due to laser correlation spectroscopy. Three solutions of native plasma or native serum are prepared. Alkali is added to first solution, acid is added to the second one, and the third solution is subject to microwave influence. Distribution density of amplitude of fluctuation of light dissipation intensity is determined for any solution within 1-180 Hz frequency band. Nucleus of distribution is revealed and location of maximum as well as its value, width, integral intensity and diagnostic factor are determined. If diagnostic factor exceeds limits of admissible values of corresponding interval, which is taken as a standard one, the oncologic disease or high probability of its appearance is diagnosed. Device is provided with microwave reactor. Truth of data, which is defined by characteristic function of dynamic light dissipation by tested solutions due to destroy of formed big clusters.

EFFECT: improved truth of data; improved precision of measurement; improved quality and reliability of diagnostics.
