FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining dilute solution of native blood plasma. Light scattering intensity fluctuations density is to be determined in 1-1000 Hz bandwidth. Spectrum nucleus is determined. Diagnosis is built by taking into account spectrum nucleus envelope maximum frequency and ratio of intensity to half-width of its center of gravity. The device has nephelometer provided with laser light source, measuring cell, measuring scattered light-to-analog-signal converter. The first light receiver is positioned at 90 deg to the laser beam. Light scattering signal correlation spectrum analyzer has autocorrelation unit and Fourier transformation unit. The second measuring converter, the second light receiver and signal multiplication unit are mounted at the correlation spectrum analyzer entry.
