FIELD: oncologic diseases. SUBSTANCE: method of diagnosing oncologic disease via biophysical investigation of blood is distinguished with that, for investigation, blood serum with concentration 1-10% in solution is taken, spectral density of light scattering fluctuation intensity in the frequency band 10-100000 Hz is measured, two spectral nuclei are then revealed, whereupon ratio of numerical intensity values of the first to second spectral nucleus and ratio of their half-widths are determined. When these ratios simultaneously exceed norm, oncologic disease is diagnosed. EFFECT: improved reliability of diagnostics. 1 tbl
