FIELD: radio transmitting and receiving systems. SUBSTANCE: proposed device and method are meant for batching data to transmit/receive multimedia data incorporating video data in radio transmission and radio reception system. Novelty is that error stability can be raised by adding error protection code and distortion indicating flag to header information at layer of radio communication line protocol, when multimedia data such as video data that need real-time or short-delay transmission and reception are transmitted and received in wireless data transfer medium so that rate of data burst passage can be reduced.
