FIELD: medicine and food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention provides food prophylactic product that can be used as general health-improving food additive for activation of immune system and prevention of hepatic diseases. Product represents extract of Corbicula japonica and contains polysaccharide- protein complex, mineral substances, protein, and water, said polysaccharide-protein complex containing 75-79% of high-molecular (molecular weight more than 10 kD) and 21-25% of low-molecular (molecular weight less than 10 kD) substances. According to second option, product represents dry extract of Corbicula japonica and contains polysaccharide-protein complex, mineral substances, and protein, said polysaccharide-protein complex containing 80-82% of high-molecular (molecular weight more than 10 kD) and 18-20% of low-molecular (molecular weight less than 10 kD) substances. Product is prepared from sea aquatic organisms (fresh or frozen Corbicula japonica) and comprises providing raw material, extracting it, separating final product, and packing. Fresh corbicula is frozen at temperature no higher than -18 C during at least 4 h and extraction is performed with water at 94-100 C for 10-15 min at raw material-to-water ratio 1:1. According to first option, process is conducted in the same way and resulting extract is dried by sublimation or spray technique.
