FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: therapeutic and prophylactic product that can be used as general improving health and nutrient additive for activation of immune and antioxidant system as well as food additive constitutes an enzyme hydrolysate prepared from aquatic animals and includes free amino acids with summary content 60.0 to 87.7%, in particular, wt %: aromatic amino acids (tyrosine, phenylalanine, tryptophan) 7.3-10.8, dicarboxylic acids (aspartic and glutamic acids) 7.7- 10.6, diamino acids (lysine and arginine) 10.8-25.4, glycin 4.5-17.3, and also taurine 4.2-8.1. Preparation procedure: starting material is disintegrated and flooded with 5-20% water-alcohol solution at ratio from 1:1 to 1:5 and alkalized with NaOH solution to 8.0-8.5. Hydrolysis is performed using enzyme preparations (in particular pylorin from Pacific salmons, hepatopancreatin from hepato-pancreas of Kamchatka crabs, pancreatin or megaterin in amounts 0.1-1.0% of the total weight of starting material) at 35-40 C for 1.5 to 6.0 h.
