SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of raw material, enzyme treatment, enzyme inactivation, filtration and drying. Raw material used is bivalve molluscs: corbicula, or by surf clam or mercenaria. Raw material after preparation is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:1-1:3, and before fermenting reaction mixture is introduced into whey in ratio 1:0.5-1:1.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a product with a high content of amino acids.
