FIELD: medicine, oncology. SUBSTANCE: invention elates to agent for fluorescent diagnosis and photodynamic therapy based on using 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride as a prosensitizing agent. Agent represents 5-aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride immobilized on biosoluble polymer that comprises a mixture of hydrophilic and lipophilic modifying components and a taste supplement. Agent represents buccal plate of the following composition, wt. -%: 5- aminolevulinic acid hydrochloride, 31-55; biosoluble polymer, 35-50; lipophilic component, 3-11; hydrophilic component, 2-8; taste supplement, 3-6. As a biosoluble polymer copolymer of vinylpyrrolidone, ethyl acrylate and acrylamide is used that is characterized by ratio of the parent monomers, wt.-% = 20:20:60, respectively, and molecular mass 200 000 1 000 000 Da. As a lipophilic addition the dispersions of hydrogenated fats, menthol oil, cacao oil or their mixtures are used. As a hydrophilic addition glycerol or polyethylene oxide with molecular mass 600- 4 000 Da or their mixtures are used. As taste supplements saccharin, calcium succaryl, aspartam or their mixtures are used. Proposed agent provides transmucose transport of 5-aminilevulnic acid hydrochloride in arterial and lymphatic systems of body that promotes to its selectivity for neoplasms in significant reducing its concentration in normal tissues, effectiveness of diagnosis and PhDTh.
