SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical technology and is intended for carrying out inhalation anesthesia using various gaseous and vapor forming anesthetics in surgical and resuscitative departments of medical diagnostic facilities. Anesthesia control system for inhalation anesthesia contains an artificial lung ventilation device, an anesthesia unit, an adsorber, a breathing bag, a mask and an anesthetic management device. Anesthesia control device is electrically connected to the patient's condition monitoring device, which includes a module for monitoring the depth of anesthetic sleep and a sensor for the bispectral index, and a valve guide block, through the first and second two-position switches connected to the ventilator, through sequentially connected pass valve and the gas mixture preparation unit – with the anesthesia unit and through the third two-position switch – with a pulse gas flow forming device installed at the proximal input of the mask, mask being connected to a breathing bag and a third on-off switch, first two-position switch is also connected to the gas mixture preparation unit, and the adsorber is installed in the line connecting the first and second two-position switches.

EFFECT: invention provides a minimum pharmacological burden on the patient during anesthesia, with the maintenance of anesthesia during surgery and in the withdrawal of the patient from anesthesia.
