FIELD: high speed working of parts in their hard-to-reach zones. SUBSTANCE: collet chuck includes body, collet chuck itself arranged in it and mechanism for acting upon collet chuck having screws and weights that may move in radial direction and have chamfers. Screw of said mechanism is arranged along axis of collet chuck. Weights are mounted on holder arranged in body of collet chuck with possibility of axial motion. Holder has central opening for placing said screw. In body of collet chuck there are chamfers for engaging with chamfers of weights. EFFECT: simplified design, lowered outer diameter of collet chuck, improved streamlining of body, possibility for placing holder with weights directly in body or in tail portion of collet chuck body. 2 dwg
