FIELD: metal working, possibly abrasive working of flat surfaces. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing onto working surface of which abrasive layer is applied and which is mounted on spindle of machine; tail spindle joined with spindle and mounted by its end in housing. Gear wheel is rigidly mounted in end on tail spindle. Apparatus also includes satellite-pinions mounted in axles and engaging with gear wheel; working members arranged in opposite end of axles and being in the form of face grinding members; additional satellite-pinion mounted between gear wheel and one of satellite-pinions with possibility of simultaneous engagement with said gear wheel and one of satellite-pinion and possibility of rotation of working members relative to stationary tail spindle in mutually opposite directions and at different revolution number of housing and working members. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of apparatus, improved quality of worked surfaces. 1 dwg
