FIELD: production line engineering.
SUBSTANCE: conveyor includes endless belt circuit on end drums (1), in the form of round chute. Belt supports in the middle part of conveyor are formed by plates (3) attached to internal side of loops (4) out of round-link chains and oriented along the longitudinal axis of the belt. Loops are suspended on joints to a beam (6) mounted on trapezoidal supports (7) and parallel to the longitudinal axis of the belt. Adjoining plates are distanced by gaps and feature edges bent outwards against the belt. Each plate in a group surrounding the belt course along its perimetre is attached to the two loops mentioned. Distance between all loops is equal. Diametrical plates at the middle line level of the belt chute are connected cinematically to supports by inclined levers (14, 15) attached by joints to plates and supports. Levers are sprung by flat springs (16, 17) at the supports and positioned at a pace multiple to the plate length over some space along the length of linear conveyor sections and at each plate along the curved sections of conveyor.
EFFECT: simplified construction of supports, enhanced reliability of conveyor operation, reduced labour cost of conveyor maintenance.
