FIELD: construction, mechanisms of transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to conveyor-construction, and namely to the tubular belt conveyor, and is intended for the transportation of loose goods on bent routes on vertical and horizontal planes with the sheltering of the transported cargo from the influence of wind and atmospheric precipitation. The conveyor contains a flexible belt infinitely closed on driving and tension drums with the possibility of accommodation inside the hod from the convoluted into the pipe belt of the transported cargo, fixed on the frame and established with the identical step along the length of the middle part of the fixture of the conveyor of the support consisting of cylindrical rollers. Supports for the belt are made from the placed under the hod of the belt cantilever established on crank levers under an angle to each other paired rollers. Crank levers of each pair of rollers are placed on one axis oriented along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor. The free ends of the crank levers are sprung to each other by a helical spring. The upper part of the tubular hod of the belt is formed with the aid of the oriented along the longitudinal axis of the conveyor plates, profiled on the circular arc of the radius equal to radius of a tubular hod of the tape. The surface of each plate from the side of the belt is covered with a layer of antifriction material, and from the outer side it is executed with a protrusion in the form of a dovetail with the possibility of its interaction with the cavity of the corresponding form on the cartridge clip, fixed on the rack of a frame of the conveyor. Edges of plates from the belt are executed with a rounding. Adjacent plates are placed end-to-end to each other with the minimal clearances.

EFFECT: increase in the reliability of operation, decrease in labour expense for maintenance, possibility of the transportation of lumpy cargoes.
