FIELD: rocketry. SUBSTANCE: proposed solid propellant rocket charge contains housing, end face cups, protective-and fastening layer, head semicharge with star-like channel and tail semicharge with cylindrical channel. Area of through section of inlet part of cylindrical channel of tail semicharge is 1.00-0.25 of area of outlet cross section of star-like channels of head semicharge. Difference in initial thickness of burning arch of head semicharge over length of star-like channel, and difference in initial thickness of burning arch of tail semicharge over length of cylindrical channel is 1.5-3.5 of average thickness of protective-and-fastening layer. Value of standard modulus of elasticity of propellant semicharge at maximum limited temperature of application is chosen within (0.08 kgf/cu.cm and 0.30 kgf/cu. cm)L where L is length of semicharge.
