FIELD: electrical and electromechanical engineering; electrical machine repairs. SUBSTANCE: device has bed 1 with slab 2 for mounting stator 3, grip 9 with pulley block 9, and rod 10. Bed 1 mounts four blocks 4, and drive 5 with drum 6 having cable 7 wound thereon. Cable 7 is passed over pulley block 9, blocks 4, and rod 10. End of cable 7 is fixed on bed 1. Turning on drive 5 brings grip 8 to stator winding which clamps it. Drive 5 reverses and grip 8 strips winding from stator; in the process stator abuts against slab 2 by means of rod 10 and cable 7.
