FIELD: electrical engineering; motor repairs. SUBSTANCE: electric motor is mounted on turntable 1 and locked with hold-down pieces 10 through its feet. Then it is prepared for disassembly. Adjustable stop 3 of pneumohydraulic drive is set by means of vertical feed drive 6 along motor shaft axis. Truck 7 carrying turntable 9 with motor placed on it is displaced manually to the right until motor shaft comes in contact with adjustable stop 3 whereupon truck 2 is locked and motor rotor is pulled out together with rear end shield. Motor is manually turned by means of turntable 9 through 180 deg. Spacer is fitted into clearance formed in the action between rear end shield and stator whereupon rotor together with bearing is pulled out of rear end shield by means of pneumohydraulic drive 2. Upon removal of front and rear end shields, truck 7 is unlocked and rotor shaft is manually brought to stop 3; grips 4 are readjusted under rotor bearings, and one bearing is removed by means of pneumohydraulic drive with truck 7 carried away in opposite direction. Turntable 9 is turned through 180 deg. and other bearing is removed in the same way. EFFECT: improved capacity and facilitated maintenance of tool. 1 dwg
