FIELD: microbiology. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing nutrient medium containing starch and cellulose-containing vegetable raw, in part, nonconditioned grains and milling manufacture waste as carbon source, sowing microorganism strains followed by fermentation carrying out. In the process of nutrient medium preparing substrate is subjected for enzymatic hydrolysis using multienzyme composition as biocatalyst at weak heating in weak acid medium. Obtained hydrolyzate is used for microorganism culturing. Obtained product can be used as a food addition in agriculture. EFFECT: increased conversion degree of vegetable raw and growth rate of culture. 7 cl
