FIELD: medical engineering; medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has not more than nine fixation units each bearing two members for fixing a vertebra. The members are manufactured as rod screws. Working ends of the rods are introduced into vertebral arch roots each set at an angle of 35- 45 deg to sagittal plane of vertebral column and fixed with clamps manufactured as angular cantilevers. Fixing members are connected to each other with threaded tie-rods forming supporting units. Two of them are end members and one is intermediate one. The intermediate supporting block is movably connected to the outer supporting units via articulated connection units. Optional connection is also carried out with micro channel bars. Rod-screw optionally has longitudinal groove for fastening injection needle. Controlled movement of supporting units is achieved by moving distraction and force- transferring nuts. Intact vertebrae are moved to achieve normal vertebral column correction and create bone and osteofibrous formations in the vertebral diskotomy area of Th8 and Th9. Surgical clamp is used for introducing members for fixing vertebrae. One jaw of the members has a boss for catching fastening end of a member for fixing vertebrae manufactured as rod-screw thickened on fastening end having a hole.
