FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment, namely to tranosteal devices intended for spine fixation, in particular in treatment of its scoliotic deformity. Apparatus contains three spring support units 1-3, pivotally interconnected with possibility to regulate relative position. Each of support units 1-3 includes interconnected two extreme and middle support plates 4 and 5 with fixed on them rod-screws. Each extreme support plate 4 and 5 is provided with 3 displaced with respect to each other spherical seats equipped with spherical elements. Connection of support plates 4 and 5 is made by means of three threaded rods 11, rigidly fixed in through slots of middle support plate 4 and installed with possibility of longitudinal travel in through holes of said spherical elements. Connection of each support unit 1-3 with the following one is made by means of three threaded rods 13-18, of which central 14 and 17 and one of extreme 13 and 18 are provided with springs. Ends of threaded rods 13-18 are installed in through holes of spherical elements of hinge units fixed on protruding ends of respective threaded rods.

EFFECT: invention ensures elimination of emerging "harmful" tensions in elements of apparatus during its assembling, resulting in unpredictable direction of displacing efforts acting on spine, as well as ensuring optimal loading of rod-screws which are the weakest link in biomechanical system apparatus-spine.
