FIELD: medicine, nephrology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of medicinal agents from animal raw. Pharmacological agent represents low-molecular fraction from agricultural animals kidney extract and as an active component it comprises complex of amino acids in the concentration from 3.0 to 4.0 mg/ml by amine nitrogen and peptides in the concentration from 9.0 to 11.0 mg/ml. Preparation exhibits absorption peak in ultraviolet spectrum at wavelength 270 ± 5 nm and molecular mass value 10-15 kDa, not above. For preparing agent kidney tissue of slaughter agricultural animals is milled, extracted with acetic acid, prepared substrate is frozen at temperature (-5)-(-20) C followed by thawing and clearance and low- -molecular fraction is isolated by ultrafiltration method on membranes with selectivity 10-15 kDa. To the prepared filtrate stabilizing agent is added, sterilized, poured into ampoules and lyophilized. Prepared agent is used in the dose 0.1-0.25 mg/kg of body mass for 10 days that provides effective normalization of renal function.
