FIELD: natural-origin biologically- active substances. SUBSTANCE: in a method of preparing preparation of testicular hyaluronidase, testes of slaughtered livestock are ground and homogenized. Homogenate is extracted with acetic acid at weight/volume ratio 1:1.5, frozen at temperature from -5 to -20 C, thawed, and concentrated involving ultrafiltration technique in tangential flow on membranes providing selectivity 15-20 kD.
