FIELD: plastic metal working, possibly manufacture of shaped sheet with corrugations made in lengthwise direction in shape bending mill with use of specially profiled rolls. SUBSTANCE: shaped sheet includes corrugations made in lengthwise direction in such a way that one or both walls of one, several or all corrugations are formed along wavy lines. Method of making shaped sheet comprises steps of forming corrugations arranged in lengthwise direction by bending sheet or coiled blank in grooved pass of shaping rolls; making wall of corrugation by bending sheet or coiled blank along two wavy lines with use of lower and upper shaping rolls with grooved passes having edges in the form of ellipses whose large axes are laid in the same plane and whose projections onto plane normal relative to rotation axis are circles. Shape bending mill for making shaped sheet includes several successively mounted working stands with upper and lower shaping rolls kinematically joined one with another and their rotation drive unit. One or both end surfaces of roll grooved passes are formed by planes inclined relative to axes of shaping rolls. At bending sheet or coiled blank for forming above mentioned wall of corrugation, inclination of each plane in upper roll grooved pass is opposite relative to inclination of each plane in grooved pass of lower shaping roll.
