FIELD: working by cutting of hard-to-form materials. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of performing several passes according to common control program without refastening part; realizing monitoring with subsequent measuring of fluctuation of dimensions from those preset according to technological process and introducing correction in program; performing reference pass before final pass with modes set for such pass; in order to reduce roughness and to eliminate occurring of stress concentrators on contour surfaces of parts, realizing reference pass on first part with use of highly sharpened cutter; determining stable working zone in which roughness of part is in range admissible by drawing, cutting path and radial wear of cutter until stable working zone; realizing reference pass on batch-production part with use of highly sharpened cutter along reference path whose length is equal to cutting path until stable working zone; during technological interruption testing cutter state and comparing radial wear of cutter after reference pass on batch-production part with radial wear of cutter until stable working zone for first part and introducing correction in program.
