FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for preparing new organoaluminum compounds that can be used in organic and metalloorganic synthesis. Invention describes method for preparing 1-ethyl-3-alkyl(phenyl)-4,5-fullereno[60]cyclohepta-2- ox-1-alanes of the general formula (1): wherein R is n-C₃H₇, n-C₅H₁₁,, Ph; n = 1-3; C₆₀- is allotropic modification of carbon by interaction of fullerene[60] with excess of ethylaluminium dichloride and activated magnesium in the presence of titanacene dichloride (Cp₂TiCl₂) as a catalyst, in argon atmosphere at room temperature in mixture of toluene and THF (tetrahydrofurane) for 12 h followed by addition at temperature 15 C of cuprous chloride CuCl as a catalyst and aldehyde RCHO wherein R has above indicated values and stirring reaction mass in argon atmosphere at room temperature for 6-10 h.
