FIELD: power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sphere of power generation in combination cycle. Residue of oil refining under atmospheric pressure obtained by refining of oil in atmospheric pressure refining device is subjected to refining under vacuum in vacuum refining device at preset conditions to be separated after refining into light substance and vacuum refining residue. Light substance is fed for use as fuel in gas turbine. Vacuum refining residue is fed for use as fuel in boiler of steam turbine power generating section together with high-temperature waste gas getting out of gas turbine so that steam turbine can be set into operation by steam generated in boiler and generate energy in steam turbine energy generating section. Residue of atmospheric pressure oil refining can be used as fuel for gas turbine and boiler to increase efficiency of power generation in combination cycle.
