FIELD: wind power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed windmill electric generating plant contains at least one windmill electric generating set with wind turbine, electric generator set into rotation by wind turbine and rectifier and DC voltage connecting line between rectifier installed in windmill electric generating set and inverter connected from side of ac current with main or distributing network and installed in plant from side of network DC voltage connecting line includes supply cable or cable-like transmission line. Plant contains also DC current converter which is connected with rectifier from low-voltage side and with inverter from high-voltage side. Converter is connected to supply cable from side of windmill electric generating set. It is expedient to connect several windmill electric generating plants in parallel to low-voltage side of DC converter. EFFECT: provision of system with variable speed of rotation featuring good transmission of energy from plant to ground network and high voltage of direct current. 27 cl, 5 dwg
