FIELD: construction; repair and reconstruction of pipelines. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains pneumatic shock machine moved along axis of old pipeline and pulling device in form of cable hinge-secured on housing, hood with cutting members for destruction of old pipe and expander for driving broken parts of old pipe into soil. Coupling for connecting sections of new pipe is connected with expander. Housing of pneumatic shock machine is furnished with anvil with shoulder movable relative to housing. Shoulder of anvil rests on expander engages with the latter at transmission of shock impulse. Shoulder of anvil has holes to pass elements of pulling device.
