FIELD: controlling induction motors used in submersible and other pumps for oil and water extraction. SUBSTANCE: induction motor control station has input switch and contactor, two circuit breakers, controller, current transformers, ac voltage supply made in the form of transformer, two voltage rectifiers, relay whose input is connected to contactor coil, insulation resistance measuring unit, motor speed measuring unit, and phase voltage measuring unit made in the form of two single-phase transformers. In the course of station operation controller generates control signals for turning on or turning off the motor depending on level of signals arriving from sensors and on controller settings.
