SUBSTANCE: method includes transmission of access preamble signal bearing channel information which is used for base station access; reception of access preamble acknowledgement indicator signal arriving from base station in response to access preamble signal; transmission of conflict detection preamble for detecting conflict in response to access preamble acknowledgement signal; reception of first signal indicating reception of access detection preamble and second signal indicating channel allocated by base station in response to conflict reception signal; and assignment of common burst transmission channel in compliance with information determined by second channel upon reception of first signal.
