SUBSTANCE: method involves assignment of voice channel during generation of voice data and its invocation tю transmit voice data bursts through voice channel. In absence of voice data in assigned voice channel the latter is cleared upon preset period and changed to dormant state to stop voice data transmission. If next voice data are generated during dormant state of voice channel, the latter is invoked and assigned to transmit voice data.
