FIELD: radio measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: synchronized clock that can be used to receive coded time-of-day radio signals transmitted by specialized radio stations and to synchronize spaced clocks has series- connected receiver whose input functions as device input, demodulator, decoder, data check and processing unit, and clock-calendar incorporating series-connected crystal oscillator, frequency divider, and counter whose N-bit outputs function as data output of device and are connected to second input of data check and processing unit whose output is connected to second input of counter, and output of frequency divider functions as time scale of device; newly introduced in clock are two code generating units and series-connected time interval meter, comparison unit with first code shaping unit connected to its input, counter whose second complementing and third inputs are connected, respectively, to second output of comparison unit and to output of second code shaping unit, solving unit, and switch whose second input and first input of time interval meter are connected to second output of decoder, and switch output is connected to second input of frequency divider whose output is connected to second input of time interval meter, third input of the latter being connected to crystal oscillator output.
