FIELD: applicable for joining of tissues of all kinds with the aid of suture appliances and by other methods. SUBSTANCE: the surgical clamp has a back, limbs and a coating applied onto the back and limbs. The coating is made minimum of one medicinal layer. The medicinal layer consists of sections of a similar and/or different composition located in the axes of the back or limbs. The back and limbs have roughnesses or unevennesses for reinforcement of the coating, whose thickness does not exceed 1.2 mm.
