FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the extractor has a flexible probe with a basket-trap with gripping members. The flexible probe is positioned in a tubular guide and terminates in a conductor-stop with an olive at the end. The basket-trap is located in the probe section that is brought out to the outer lateral surface of the tubular guide through an opening. One opening is positioned at a distance equal to the length of the conductor-stop, and the other - at a distance equal to the summary length of the basket-trap and conductor-stop respectively from the end of the tubular guide in the form of a hemisphere. The tubular guide is provided with drainage holes evenly arranged over its entire length. The diameter of the olive of the conductor stop exceeds the diameter of the drainage hole of the wall of the tubular guide. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of apicolysis of ureteral calculi associated with limitation of possibility of constant drainage and traumatism of tissues. 4 dwg, 1 ex
