FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has needle with holder, free operation end and internal mandrin. Tube with holder and removable flexible draining tube with nozzle are mounted on the needle. Needle holder and removable flexible draining tube are connected with flexible link. Link length matches free end length of the needle. The needle has sharp operation end tip plane being in perpendicular relation to needle axis. Recesses shaped as a part of hemisphere on the external needle operation end surface to enable its visualization to be done in carrying out ultrasonic control. The recesses are arranged circumferentially along at least on circle set in perpendicular to long needle axis. Mandrin has screw-shaped or circular notches to enable visualization in carrying out ultrasonic control. The notches are arranged on rod area inside the needle. Thickening is available on the operation end of the tube, its external diameter matching internal diameter of the draining tube. The thickening is engageable with the internal surface of the draining tube operation end that matches the internal diameter of the needle. EFFECT: simplified device design; reduced risk of traumatic complications. 6 dwg
