FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cryogenic applicator unit designed as cylindrical contact end piece manufactured from plastic titanium nickelide mounted on holder. Porous titanium nickelide having porosity coefficient of 30-70% is used. Guide member is rigid tube smoothly curved at an angle of 80-100 deg with bending radius on the middle line ratio to the internal diameter being hold within the limits of 2.5-5. Contact end piece ends are spherically smoothed. A layer is available on its lateral surface distinguished by porosity of 3-5% and roughness of at least 2.5. EFFECT: improved properties for introducing cryogenic adapter; avoided applicator adhesion to tissues. 1 dwg
