SUBSTANCE: invention refers in particular to otorhinolaryngology and can be used for surgical treatment chronic larynx cicatrical stenosis. Under the local infiltration anaesthesia the pathologically changed tissues are removed from the tracheal lumen by means of frequency surgical snare of the FOTEK E80 working in the cutting mode. Then the surgical field is treated by the coagulator of the argon plasmic beamer FOTEK EA140 in the spray mode 140 W.

EFFECT: application of this invention allows to raise the effectiveness of the operation, avoid backsets, improve cosmetic effect and repair the tracheal lumen.
